Frank Miller to Collaborate on Lady of the Lake Graphic Novel
Frank Miller has joined a YA graphic novel. This graphic novel will be a prequel to the Arthurian myth. The prequel will focus on Nimue, or the Lady of the Lake.
I’ll probably still message people further but I still want to put this out there, I just want an idea on if it all sounds too cliche??
I’m thinking perhaps of some sort of story set after a sort of Battle of Camlann-type thing where Arthur is now dead- but able to be revived, but the battle was lost, heavily, and Camelot has been taken (currently I’m keeping my villain as Morgause and her army of fae). So it’s sort of the remaining characters fighting to rebuild themselves and such. A whole thing with them sort of losing the first time then just “welp, gotta try again”. Also, thinking of making Morgan le fay more of an anti-hero than a villain?

I don’t think it’s cliche at all! Did you already think of a possible post Camlann ending? (I suppose it has to be something drastically different from the Arthur in Avalon)
The illegitimate son of Morgause Le Fay [and possibly Arthur, the plot is still being worked on heavily] Raised as in Avalon by a vengeful Morgause to be her perfect weapon to get close to Arthur.
