I watched “Excalibur Rising”!
“Excalibur Rising” is set 19 years after Arthur’s death and is about this bastard son or Arthur (Owain) becoming the new king.
The movie is actually pretty good, at least from my very low and trashy expectations. Some nice fighting scenes, and one of the coolest Camlann scenes! Also, Kay and Bedivere being friends, finally!
The movie was… short. It felt short because the plot was very slow at some points and by half of the movie I was still waiting for the plot to start. But, by the end, it had definitely been a fun watch. More on the “this is a serious movie” than “I am enjoying this trash”.
