Sir Kay, Arthur, And Gawain.
These are actually super fun to make, even if I still can’t quite do the armor like I want…
Oh woah!

Oh woah!

I haven’t used SAI in years, but I got the full version. I finally finished a painting I started two years ago of Morgan le fay’s “mother” from an n Arthurian story I’m writing.
“Your son, fair Igraine, will protect you from further harm.” and to Uther, she said “The boy shall never look upon you and see father, as he will never look upon himself and see his fathers son. For he is truly the son of Gorlois, but for the other that shares this deceived womb, the daughter. She will be much burdened for she is the true daughter of Uther and shares no blood with her mother, but shares the blood of the water Sidhe who’s blood made Uther’s deceitful mask.”

“Mordred is not as straightforward as people think – he is far more intricate and complicated than that. ‘What’s he going to do now?’ That’s the question I keep asking. He is loyal, but to whom?” – Alexander Vlahos
The Evolution of Mordred requested by quotes-that-speak

Wanted to redo an old creature design so here’s a sketch of my Amazon Questing Beast. It’s part Green Anaconda, blue macaw, llama, crocodile, Jaguar, and capybara. The questing beast is originally from Arthurian legends and is a chimera creature, it’s an amalgamation if different animals.
This is only the sketch, I will be doing an inked and colored final version so stay tuned. If you like this piece please check out some of my other work. Likes and reblogs greatly appreciated!
I wish someone could write a cute story about one of the knights adopting the Questing Beast and raising them as their own child
