My edit: sir Gareth & lady Lynette || Le Mort d’Arthur by Thomas Malory
Gareth in Le Mort d’Arthur was the Brother of Gawain, Agravaine, Gaheris and Mordred, and the fourth son of Morgause and Lot of Orkney. When he came to Camelot, both his brothers and his uncle, King Arthur, didn’t recognize him, and sir Kay called Gareth “Beaumains” (Pretty Hand) and send him to the kitchens of Camelot, where Gareth remained for one year. When lady Lynette came to Camelot to ask help for her sister, besieged by the Red Knight, he parted with her and became a valiant and famous knight. Also, Lynette was an enchantress, she could bring back to life a knight that Gareth had beheaded for two times. (I guess that Gareth wasn’t so surprised by that, because he was the son of Morgause and the nephew of Morgana, lol!)
(And yes, he is a ginger, because in my headcanon the children of Morgause are all ginger)

The five brothers were named in Le Mort d’Arthur and other important arthurian sources, for example the romances of Chretien de’ Trois. In Le Mort d’Arthur of Malory, Gawain, Agravaine, Gaheris and Gareth are sons of Morgause and Lot King of Orkney, meanwhile Mordred was born by the accidental incest between Morgause and King Arthur.
Clarissant, the only daughter of Morgause, didn’t appeared in Le Mort d’ Arthur, but only in some marginal legends. I personally love the headcanon that she is a selkie, and I adopted it.

Kay you’re literally a seneschal, how on earth did you not realise that Beaumanis is Gareth!!! Look at them, they’re all ginger!!
(but like, Kay certainly would know all the Orkney brothers just because of their connection to Arthur. And yet. Who’s that kitchen boy that looks exactly like Gareth?? Idk probably some peasant)

Kay opens his own restraunt where all the college age brats of the round table work. Arthur is the sole heir to a massive multi million dollar corporation.
