women of King Arthur & Knights of the Round Table : Morgana

Kill me and I will come back as a demon and possess you. Send me to hell and I will copulate with Satan himself.

Morgana is Arthur’s half sister and his main enemy. She gave birth to Mordred, Arthur’s own son, and then she tried to curse Guinevere to be barren, but ended up cursing the whole world. To stop her, Arthur curses her and Mordred into a prison rock, sending them into space and Merlin hides Excalibur and all magic with it.
In the present time, Morgana works for an alien race, and uses their ship to land on Earth again to find Excalibur and the magic trapped in it. She visits “The Perilous Seat” a massage place, because she senses the sword there, but she can’t find anything but a woman named Elaine, who is guarding the Grail and manages to escape to give it to the descendants of the knights and her cousin Penn.

Morgana uses her alien technology to use dead people bodies, making them stronger, and send them after Penn and his knights. After too many failures, she uses the technology on herself and fights personally against the knights and her own traitor son Mordred. Cut down by Excalibur, Morgana actually ends up absorbing the power of the sword and turning into an enormous creature who starts destroying the city. She is defeated and she crumbles into the floor.

i am morgan le fay (nancy springer)

“[…] — but magic is neither witchcraft nor illusion. True magic is made of love, not witchery, and it is more real than real, more solid than stone, for only a greater magic can breach it”..

[synopsis]

Morgan is a willful, mischievous girl with mismatched eyes of emerald and violet. A girl of magic, whose childhood ends when King Uther Pendragon murders her father and steals away her mother. She is able to change the course of history, to become other, to determine her own fate-and, thus the fate of Britain. She will become Morgan le Fay (x).
