Pinckney Marcius-Simons (American, 1865-1909)
Parsifal and the Knights of the Holy Grail, 1902

I’ve just sent the comic to the printer – I’m still trembling! I have never made a book(let) before and I am barely familiar with InDesign, so I hope I didn’t do anything too crazy with my print file. As it is, I’m only just in time to have my copies printed for my end-of-year exam…
These aren’t “your” copies yet. I’ve realised that these comics can have a maximum of 48 pages (including 4 that constitute the cover and inside cover), so I need to watch how I split up my roughly 140-page Darkest Hour. So I’m going to ink 5 more and end on a proper cliffhanger (*wink*).
That means that if you’re interested in the comic, there is still time to let me know! So far I’ve got 4 people who want one – plus my immediate family and closest friends, who feel morally obliged to get one :p. So um, there is room.
It has been great fun to draw Ygraine, Gorlois and Uther again. In the next bit, there will be more Morgause and Morgana, and I’m looking forward to that too :).

King Arthur has long been a favorite of mine, and periodically I go and do some sort of King Arthur related painting. Kinda nice to have related pieces to look back on and see how far I’ve come!
